Because the mentioned one accounts for different versioning systems as
well, Dato's packages for instance use bzr:

  zack@aquarium:~$ apt-cache showsrc amule | tail -n2
  X-Vcs-Bzr: http://people.debian.org/~adeodato/code/packages/amule

Vcs stands for "versioning control system"; followed by a tag for the
actual system in use ("svn" for us, "bzr", "darcs", ...); followed by
the actual value: an URL.
