Thanks a lot to Samuel for having resumed the work on the debian policy,
and for having finalised the document. For the moment I just have some
minor remarks (I can implement if there is no objection):

- I think the current section 1.2 should go before the current section
  1.1. Understanding the difference between native and byte-code is
  fundemental to all the rest of the document

- Shouldn't we avoid hard-coding the version number 3.09.2 in the 
  document? I think it would be better to have a string VERSION
  everywhere (as it is already the case at some places).

- I would like to add myself as a co-author since I had contributed
  large parts of the svn-howto.
