Start by creating Debian packages for them.  The Debian OCaml policy
is in /usr/share/doc/ocaml-base/ocaml_packaging_policy.gz.  Look at
the source for other OCaml libraries already in Debian as a model.

The #debian-ocaml IRC channel is also a good place to get help.

Then you can file an ITP ("intent to package") and ask for a sponsor to
upload it, either on the debian-mentors list or here on the
ocaml-maint list.
