ocaml 3.08.4

Hi,

ocaml_3.08.3-8 is now in testing, and the gnome and xorg migrations are
completed, AFAIK.
Do you think we can now safely upload ocaml 3.08.4 to sid (and rebuild
all dependent packages), or do you prefer an upload to experimental
first?
I have adapted the packaging to this new upstream at
/trunk/packages/ocaml/branches/3.08.4 in the pkg-ocaml-maint repo, and I
believe it's ready.
