I don't know the current status of SVG backend, but AFAICT is one of the
most source of interest about Cairo. If it is included in the current
distribution it deserves IMO to be mentioned in the extended

Unfortunately, libsvg-cairo (the .so library) does not seem to be packaged in Debian, please correct me if I'm wrong. If you really insist, I suppose I could package it also... (it might be a better idea to try to ask the libcairo packager first, though)

Right, I'll add the list of supported backends to the package description (which won't include svg).
