I guess they just have soem other way to get to the documentation than the
debian way, or rather, they are packaging all the non-free ocaml-docs thing
inside ocaml or have it installed per dependency or suggest/recomend.

Skaller, would you be so kind as to give some more explicit information about
what you are complaining about exactly ?
