Ah, ...

Maybe the emacs stuff should be moved out of the main ocaml package into their
own packages, and be gone with such problems.

Also, i don't see why ocaml-base-nox should be involved with the emacsen crap,
if anything it should involve ocaml-nox, which contain the emacs files.
