Netclient has indeed been rebuilt correctly against ocamlnet 1.0 which
thus has forcibly being rebuilt on arm.
I suspect buildd.debian.org pages are out of date/bugged, has happened
with pxp (see the thread of last monday with subject "please reschedule
the building of pxp on m68k" started by me).
