Notice that some time ago, i have already started moving tags to the toplevel
dir, (for my packages obviously), and i would recomend that everyone follows
suit.

Once we have done that, we can move all the old toplevel dirs into trunk, and
people can then only checkout trunk.

Branches will still stay in each packages, where we will have trunk, and
random other branches, not necessarily under the branches directory, which is
overkill in the subversion way of doing thinks.

Does this make sense ?
