That said, and being pragmatical, I would go for a full rebuild (without hurry, at least for me) of packages built against ocaml 3.08.3 uploaded to experimental. This wont grant correct building on all archs, but at least we could test binary compatibility among our libraries. Once we completed the upload to experimental we should face RMs and ask them if they think that is the case of uploading to unstable or not.
