Ok, now:
- I've fixed some Section fields in debian/control:
  * libtemplate-ocaml-dev should belongs to libdevel and not libs
  * source package was missing a Section field, I added it set as web
- documentation for the libapache-mod-caml package is installed in the
wrong place. html documentation should be in
  /usr/share/doc/libapache-mod-caml/html and examples in
  /usr/share/doc/libapache-mod-caml/examples. You can modify your
Makefiles or simply add the html dir to the debian/docs file and the
  examples to the debian/examples file
- I think configuration should be automated as most as possible, thus:
  * I would rename the configuration file directly as modcaml.conf and I
would install it in /etc/apache/conf.d/ (automatically included by
    the default apache configuration file)
  * in order to improve security you can allow access by default only by
localhost. You should also add an entry in the README.Debian stating
that this line needs to be changed as needed
  * I'm new to apache related packages but I guess that installing the
.info file in /usr/lib/apache/1.3/ is _not_ enough. You probably
needs to invoke some apache script in the debian postinst script.
probably apache-modconf, have a look at it and at what other mod-*
    packages do
- META files:
  * is the META in /usr/lib/ocaml/3.08/apache shipped with the
    mod-caml package useful?
  * template package has no META file, it should have one. Since the
library is named "template", but is shipped in apache/ you should
put it in /usr/lib/ocaml/3.08/METAS/META.template with an
    appropriate "directory" entry in it

Sorry, I haven't yet looked at it, trust me ... I will :)

Cheers.
