ocaml 3.08 in testing: news?

Any news? Nothing seems to be changed (looking at the DDPO) and ocaml
3.08 is still only in unstable.

BTW, what about ocaml 3.08.1? Sven, are you waiting for 3.08.0 to enter
testing or what?
