Neat!  What are you plans with this package?  Are you going to
distribute any modified binaries and/or setup a debain collection
server?

It would be a shame to use 'cinterlang' as a package name since "cil" is
fairly widely known in the PL community.  Since the current debian cil
package is deprecated and only exists in woody, perhaps you could talk
to the cl-cil maintainer so that post sarge, you can name this package
cil and he could remove his replaces/conflicts.

The version you have here is 1.2.5, but you'll need to package version
1.3.1+ so that it works with ocaml 3.08 which is the current version in 
sid.
