Frankly, I don't want to decide on this issue, it's really up to
upstream maintainers. Since extlib has already release a new version
it's better not to upload to sarge an incompatible ocamldbi IMHO, but if
Nicolas agrees on removing Dbi module from extlib I can also upload a
patched version of extlib which ships no Dbi module ...
