I'm neutral on the issue of whether or not it goes into Sarge or into
some more experimental branch.  However, I'll help out however I can.

BTW, I agree on the issue of Dbi in ExtLib.  I think finally it should
be an all-or-nothing thing.  Put the whole lot in, or leave it all
out.
