No it is not really bullshit, i made a post on -devel this morning.
There is still a 2.12-2 package for all arch expect sparc and powerpc.
The rebuild of the package is waiting for a lablgtk/lablgtk2 rebuild on
all arches ( expect sparc and powerpc ).

ps : however, you are right to close the bugs, since the latest version
of the package is not concerned by this FTBFS...
