I noticed missinglib myself and corrected it in patch-42 already. pcre
goes away now since it was there only for Cash, which went away in
patch-40. That leaves only the changelog and description changes, which
probably aren't worth merging just yet, unfortunately.

Oops. Uploaded fixed version. Also, this fixed version will properly
have the debs dep on pcre.
