I assume you are talking to me :-)
Yes, I have posted there. They are taking a couple of utility
functions, but not the bulk of it. Some of the other utility functions
duplicate ones already on Extlib (though theirs tend to work with Enums,
which I personally find distasteful for some of this stuff).
ConfigParser appears to be a "maybe" right now.
