Humm.... You are surely right. I will add the dependency ( my pbuilder
is broken for a long time now, i really need to set it up again ).

It is a statement of the upstream author... He considers this is not
heavily tested ( and regarding the number of function this library has,
i think it is hard to test ).
Maybe i should remove this from the package description.
