IMO it depends on two factors: the size and the coherence of these
datastructures. If these data structures are distributed just as a set
of ml files you can group them and make a single package, maybe asking
Jean Cristophe to assign them a global name and distribute as a tarball
so that people looking for them on a debian system will have a search
key.
BTW, Baire [1] is a well known set of data structures which still needs
to be packaged in debian. Have you any idea of how Jean Cristophe data
structure set compares to Baire?
