Only if you use -custom. In older versions this was the only way to link
in C bindings, but since a few releases, and the advent of dll.stubs,
it is now possible to link to C bindings without loosing the arch
independence. This is a feature i asked Xavier and the ocaml team, as it
made much more sense for the debian situation.
