Bug#236182: numerix: name of the shared library libcnumx.so. lacks version number -> packaging error

Why, in first place, this .so is in /usr/lib/? If it's an "usual" ocaml
shared object then it should belong to /usr/lib/ocaml/3.07/stublibs/
....
