I've uploaded perl4caml 0.3.7 to the main website:

and I've rebuilt the experimental Debian packages here, against Perl
5.8.2:

http://www.annexia.org/tmp/modcaml-src/

A couple of simple patches were required to get it to work with Perl
5.8.2.
