Bug#219370: unusual place for camlidlruntime.h

So, any suggestion about where I should install camlidlruntime.h? The
aim is that it have to appear as /usr/include/caml/camlidlruntime.h.
It's ok for you if I install it in /usr/lib/ocaml/3.07/caml/?
