Bug#219370: unusual place for camlidlruntime.h

Yep... But at least i have emitted a protestation about non-FHS. I see
that Sven is also following this bugs, so i let him choose ( even if i
think he has already made up a decision ).

However, that is not a big problem, i just need to add the right path
in my makefile.
