Yep, i read it, i believe this is the exact same patch since : 

  (Users who track the CVS repository can use it instead.)

Yes, that sucks, see my mail to the caml list. Maybe we will have a
3.07a or a 3.07.1 orig tarball.

Yeah, but we would loose the md5sum.
