A mystery seems to be solved.
It seems the testing script is run at around 8h in the morning, so it
first saw the new meta-ocaml on monday, which made it complete two days
this morning, too late for yesterday dinstall run.
It will thus enter testing with ocaml in this evenings dinstall run,
which should be around 22h. I can make the ocaml 3.07 upload after that,
or maybe tomorrow morning.
