Notice that this seems to be upstream kind of stuff more than debian
packaging stuff, but then i have no idea how mldonkey works, so i might
be wrong.

Notice also that there is really no problem about being both upstream
and maintainer for a package, at the contrary, i think it is often a
good thing.
