Re: /usr/include/caml vanished from ocaml

By the way, I don't understand why /usr/include/caml is necessary.
/usr/lib/ocaml/3.06/caml should be enough is ocamlc and others
use this directory as default when invoking GCC so let's keep
only this directory.
