If you feel like docbooking the ocaml packaging policy, please go ahead.
I am not fluent enough in these things, nor is it one of my priorities,
but it is a condition to have the ocaml packaging policy included in the
debian packaging policy, which is something we should aim for.

Yes, maybe we can do a general announcement of th alioth project when it
is ready, once it has passed the test of a few packages and we have
ironed the problems out or something such.
This announcement could also bring us more people wanting to help, and
maybe it would even be possible that some upstream choose alioth as
their repository or something.
