Mmm, the response to this one is still open, the policy entry is not yet
written.

Sure, but it can well wait for after ocaml 3.06-15 has entered testing.
If libc6 is ready to enter testing next week that is, but apparently it
will, and a lot of people are pushing on this, so ...
