well, one can install the ocaml package with the ocaml-base package
already installed.

I suppose because I'm the only one to have install ocaml-base then
ocaml.

I've just reproduce it : You have to remove the ocaml package, letting
the ocaml-base package installed. Then you reinstall ocaml, and you
have the bug (it's strange I agree...). If you reinstall the
ocaml-base package after this the bug disappeared.
