This is normal, all libraries of mine aren't yet in the archive and
almost surely not in the mirror you are using, old versions don't work
with new ocaml package. You have to wait that your mirror will be in
sync and ... that I finish working on packages :-)

This is normal too, lablgtk & c. packages are also /usr/lib/ocaml/3.06
compliant

Do you mean upgraded? This is normal too ...

I can't figure out why this has been happened in three different runs
though.
