META for libbaire-ocaml-dev

Hi,

below is the content of META for libbaire-ocaml-dev. Yet even though 
"ocamlfind query baire" correctly returns "/usr/lib/ocaml/baire", in a test 
file "open Baire" gives me error "Unbound module Baire".
