Well, yes, it can cause breakage if the dependencies are not strong
enough, but this is true of every debian package.

The only problem that can happen is :

  o packages are uninstalable, this is temporary and solved by
  rebuilding the libraries.

  o libraries have wrong dependencies, and install all the same, and
  break things. In this case, the library packages are buggy and should
  be fixed.

Show me another case, if there is one.

Ok, but in the case of just moving the ocamllib directory, it is a very
heavy procedure for a really simple thing.
