Well, Xavier said stublibs is ok with him unless new elements enter in
the discution, see the corresponding thread on the caml list.

That said, dynlibs is not a good solution, because it gives the false
impression that dynamically linked libraries are to go into this dir,
while it is only the dynamically loaded stub libraries.
