Preliminary OcamlSDL packages available

Hi,

  I made available OcamlSDL packages at:

  http://people.debian.org/~jerome/ocamlsdl

  Althought, there is no dll files yet, I built a non-dev deb.
  Hence, I won't have to wait again until the package gets
  accepted by ftp-masters.

  I would appreciate comments. Thanks in advance.
