NMu for ocaml -12 ???

Hello, ...

Could someone make a NMU of the attached -12 diff.gz for ocaml.

I am leaving for a conference, and will not have time to build it before my
train leaves, and i will be returning on sunday only.

It closes the bug about the dangling symlink in the manpages, and the only
changes since -11 is that i now do the symlinks by hand in postinst/prerm.

And as slways, NMU as needed (but please send me an email about it if you do
so).
