No problem, I can change it in a postinst or using debconf. I chose
ocamlfind.conf for two reasons:
  1) is the same name of the findlib executable
  2) is the upstream name
Anyway I think that it's better placed in /etc/ocaml/ too.

Yes, but as a stable solution, we can use ocamlfind.conf that is findlib
specific.
