Yes, i am aware of this problem, am fixing it right now, i hope.

Yes, i didn't had time for it last week. I need to flag them as conf file
also.

Yes, i know, this is a problem with the argument parser stuff that ocaml
provides, i will have to look at it. (well the fact that it is listed twice is
only an annoyance, but i need to fix the inaccuracy).
