We actually *have* a lablgtk package, currently it is in sid and I'm
using it, so no need to rebuild the package.
We have to investigate on why the sid package isn't in testing.

The reason is the same I reported a few days ago: the ocaml 3.04 package
isn't yet available in testing and lablgtk depends on ocaml >= 3.04.
