Regarding this point,
I just received a mail from O'Reilly and they change their minds and
told me that they are no longer concerned about the medium but they like
a condition that explicitely allow commercialization "as a component of
an aggregate distribution containing material from several other
sources".
Obviously other kind of non commercial distribution are allowed.
IMO this "literally" solve the DFSG problem, I don't know if this solve
the same problem from a legal point of view.
Cheers.
