Not sure, but i think they fear that we don't use the right tool fot
generating the html, and it looks bad, or simply they don't want versions of
the docs around that are nto the same they did write, because they don't want
people to complain about things they didn't write.

Yes, the html, the dvi, the pdf, the text version, the ps and the info pages.
It makes for a fat source package with everything repeated in the source and
binary package.
