My I suggest to keep a few but (may be fat) packages to avoid
multiplying problems (and [trivial?] bug reports mainly related to 
bad/insufficient dependencies) until woody release,
and thus to postpone this discussion (and the policy one) to a more
comfortable period (when there will be no deadline)

As a user (and for now), I would prefer a small set of well-known
and well-defined packages rather than a more sophisticated
ocaml-debian
distrib with annoying "bugs" (even they probably will be  trivial)
