not at all, you just have to reach an agreement with the Ocaml
maintainer (Sven Luther, look at the Cc field of this mail) about if and
when remove the camlp4 packages from the debian archive.
The ocaml package of version 3.04 is not yet available but Sven is
working on it, so ask to him, but please keep a Cc: to the
debian-ocaml-maint ML.
