what about :
ocaml-environment
and ocaml-lib-environment.
or -env for short.
also
ocaml-core and ocaml-lib would be possible, but it would be nice to have
something that clearly distinguish the meta packages from other ocaml packages
(like ocaml tool for example).

Well, but meta packages are not that urgent, i think, just the stuff in
tasksel.
