These files are in the tasks directory of the tasksel package, i guess sending
them to the the maintainer of tasksel should do the trick, or maybe filling a
bug against tasksel ?
Maybe we could even do an NMU of it ?
the current maintainer is :
Maintainer: Randolph Chung <tausq@debian.org>
But many other people have done NMU's adding tasks :
tasksel (1.11) unstable; urgency=low
* Added Cyrillic task.

tasksel (1.10) unstable; urgency=low
