Well, not only developpment, but general ocaml stuff.

I think we have already various ocaml packages, i myself package ocaml, mlgtk,
mldvi, and did some packaging for ocamltk. But you have lot of packages and
others i guess too. And maybe i will soon split ocaml in various binaries.
I agree that this is premature for now, but it will be needed before woody
ships.
