For the past several months, I have worked with NoisyCoil on his
contributions to Asahi Linux
(Apple Silicon machines support) in the "debian-bananas" team and
rust-team.
For this past work, NoisyCoil has communicated via the #debian-bananas
IRC channel and shared
code via salsa.debian.org including sending merge requests both to the
bananas-team and rust-team.
NoisyCoil is very active, giving other people heads up on possible
improvements that are possible
and offering to send merge requests if desired and also very willing to
learn about official Debian
processes and procedures.
Due to the long-term interactions we had, I'm convinced that NoisyCoil
as they
present themselves on nm.debian.org is the rightful owner of both email
