I hereby endorse Abhijiths bid to become a Debian maintainer. I have
mainly worked with him as the sponsor of the patool package. I have found
him to be diligent in maintaining this package and swift to respond to any
problems. As patool is written in python and I'm not very familiar with
the ins and outs of python packages, I sometimes had to ask Abhijith to
look elsewhere for answers to his questions. He has shown to my
satisfaction that he can interact well with the broader Debian community.
Therefore I think he will be a worthy addition to our project as a DM and
hopefully in the future a full DD.
